My regular cab dually started life as a base model fleet side 3/4 ton truck. To convert it over to a dually I started by finding a mint dually take off box and a set of six 24.5” Alcoa’s. I had the Alcoa’s milled by KKFab - diameter, 4.5” big holes and rears faced 3/8”. The Alcoa’s are wrapped in 295/35R24 rubber. The front end is off a 2003 Denali with a modified 2001 Chevrolet HD hood. It’s lowered with 3” keys, 2” spindles, 4-5” hangers and 3” shackles.
